Supervisor experience, 2 years
Scheduling experience, 2 years
PCA or CNA certification preferred
Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
· Responsible to interview LPNs, HHAs, PCAs and Med Techs
· Communicate all new hires and terminations to HR timely and efficiently
· Responsible to schedule HHAs, PCAs and Med Techs to ensure 24 hour coverage
· Completes and reviews with individuals employees annual performance reviews and
competency trainings
· Provides medication technician training and document competency
· Directs facility employee health and safety program
